Jamie Lee Curtis has shared a photo of her award collection, which has raised many eyebrows among fans.
The 64-year-old won her first Oscar earlier this month for her performance as IRS auditor Deirdre Beaubeidra in the comedy drama. Everything everywhere Everything at once. The film won a total of seven Oscars, including Best Picture.
Curtis beat out fellow nominees Angela Bassett, Kerry Condon, Stephanie Hsu and Michelle Williams to take home the award for Best Supporting Actress.
On Wednesday (March 15), Curtis shared a photo of his updated trophy cabinet on Instagram.
“OK, I’LL STOP! The TOTALLY unexpected EVERYTHING TRIFECTA of 2023!” wrote Curtis in the caption.
The photo shows the golden statuette next to her Screen Actors Guild award, which she won for the same role last month, and another award that appears to be a sex toy.
Although the latter trophy has raised many eyebrows from fans, fans Everything Everywhere acknowledges the award for the film.
In the film, Curtis’ character wins the auditor of the month award. However, his prize looks like a sex toy instead of a trophy.
“Love the buttplug award,” wrote one person. Another added: “The prize looks like something you use for research.”
“The second prize is really unexpected,” said a third person.
Along with him, Curtis was one of the first recipients of the Academy Award Everything Everywhere actor Ke Huy Quan, who won Best Supporting Actor.
Curtis’ win came as a surprise, with Bassett praising his “genuine” reaction to what many saw as a knockout. Black Panther pace.
